Council officers can be contacted Monday to Friday with customer service staff ready to answer your questions or direct you to the appropriate person for your enquiries.

Normal Operating Hours

Council Offices:
8.15am – 4.45pm (Mon – Fri)
Cashier Open 8.30am – 4.30pm (Mon – Fri)

Works Depot (for deliveries only)
7.30am – 4pm (Mon – Fri)

Waste Transfer Station:
8.30am – 4.30pm (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon)
Closed Christmas Day and Good Friday

 After Hours Emergency

For emergencies relating to the following:

  • Stormwater Damage
  • Storm Damage
  • Animal Control – stray dogs not collected after hours
